You can now make appointments online. Please ring the surgery to register as you may need to provide proof of ID.

Appointments

appointment_1To see a doctor or nurse please make an appointment by telephone on 01920 468941 or in person.  Surgery times for each doctor vary.

You may choose to see any doctor you wish, but if possible please remain with the same doctor during any one illness.

Appointments slots are for 10 minutes; if you require longer than this please inform the receptionist.

It is important that a separate appointment is made for each member of the family who wishes to be seen, even if you consider that it will be "something quick".

If you cannot keep an appointment please remember to cancel it so it may be offered to someone else.

Urgent or Same Day Appointments

If you feel that something cannot wait until the next available routine appointment please inform the receptionist, who will be able to offer you a 'sit and wait' appointment at the end of morning surgery. This may not be with the doctor you usually see.

Please be aware that the receptionist has been asked by the doctors to obtain some idea of the reason that an urgent or same day appointment has been requested.  This is so that the doctor or nurse triager can priortise their list.  If you feel unable or not willing to give a reason please just tell the receptionist that it is "personal".
